All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. kau86 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any depositing account at any time.
Users may request withdrawals once their account has been fully verified through KYC procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the kau86 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. kau86 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond kau86's control. Expedited withdrawal processing (same-day processing for VIP members) may be subject to additional fees as disclosed in your account dashboard.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, kau86 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in bets (regardless of outcome) before you can withdraw those funds or any winnings derived from them. This requirement applies separately to each deposit.

Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. kau86 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that a User is engaging in bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using VPN or proxy services to evade geographical restrictions, colluding with other players, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or exploiting software vulnerabilities. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements for an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only your deposited funds (minus any bets placed with the bonus) will be available for withdrawal.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball, BWF for badminton). If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, bets are typically voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules. Users may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to return to kau86 in the future, you must register a new account and complete KYC verification again.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 per month, deducted from the account balance. Users will be notified via email before inactivity fees are applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log into your account or place a bet at least once per year.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
